ATTENDANCE

It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their son/daughter consistently attends for their purchased plan. There will be no makeup classes or refunds offered for missed sessions. Players are required to show up to their scheduled sessions. If we choose to cancel sessions for any other reason, makeup sessions will be provided for the canceled session(s).

TRAINING RISKS

As a parent, you understand the risks involved when participating in 3E Basketball athletic activity. You agree that the participant(s), whether yourself, your child, or minor, are medically and physically able to be involved in such athletic activity. You understand that you should consult a physician before any type of athletic activity. You discharge, waive, release any claims for losses or damages, mental and/or physical injury, death, that may take place during or after participation with 3E Basketball. You agree to assume these risks. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3E Basketball or any director, employee, volunteer, coach associated with 3E Basketball from any losses, damages, costs, injuries, death that may occur with 3E Basketball activity in any facility or location (outdoor or indoor) in which 3E Basketball operates. You agree that you are responsible and liable for such costs, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, deaths that may occur and you will not look to sue 3E Basketball or any director, employee, volunteer, coach, or person associated with 3E Basketball.

PHOTO RELEASE WAIVER

As a parent, you hereby grant 3E Basketball the permission to use your or your child’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of 3E Basketball and will not be returned. You hereby irrevocably authorize 3E Basketball to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge 3E Basketball from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

REFUNDS

Withdrawing two weeks prior to the start of any camp/clinic/class/training for whatever reason: A full refund will be provided. 

Withdrawing within 48 hours of the start of any scheduled session for any reason: NO REFUNDS will be provided.

Once the camp/clinic/class/training has started: NO REFUNDS will be provided for any reason unless outlined below.

INJURY REFUND POLICY

Players who have started the camp/clinic/class/training and have to withdraw due to personal injury will get a prorated credit towards future camp/clinic/class/training with a doctor's note provided.

NO REFUNDS will be made if the participant does not attend the camp/clinic/class/training.
